Hello my name is Carol Cunningham and I am our church treasurer I have been a member of St. Peter’s since 2003. I work as a business manager for an assisted living facility. I live in Port Jervis with my son Alexander.
Financial Secretary – Kathryn (Kathy) Krause
My name is Kathryn (Kathy) Krause. I have been St. Peter’s Financial Secretary for approximately twenty years because I like working with numbers and bookkeeping. I began helping as an offering counter every Sunday. As we lost people along the way, I eventually took over as Financial Secretary whose duties are to record all offerings each week. These figures show exactly what our income is each month. Monthly records are then helpful when it is time to create a new budget. I have found this position very rewarding in many ways as I feel it is something I’ve been able to do that is a necessary part of life at St. Peter’s.
Property Chairman – Mark Hesleitner
Mark Hesleitner has been with St. Peter’s for over forty years and has seen many aspects of the church and parsonage properties. He is also a landlord and has worked with contractors and done many types of construction. He is currently serving St Peter’s as Property Chairman and feels this is the best way he can serve the church and its members.
Action-Response Team Leader – Joan Kahres
Joan Kahres (rhymes with Harris) moved to the area recently. A Stewardship Chair for many years at her former congregation in Queens, New York, she has volunteered to help St. Peter’s understand what it means to live life as God’s steward in this confusing world. She leads the Action-Response Team (ART).
